| Description: | ADS, Inc. is currently seeking a Hospital Sales Representative to call on military hospitals on the West Coast. This person will work out of his/her home office located near the Oceanside, CA area.

| Duties: | � Represent ADS medical products and services to military hospitals
� Carry out direct sales activities in order to meet company defined quotas
� Conduct Business Development including identifying near term and long term military medical equipment and logistic services requirements
� Identify product/service solutions and preferred Vendors to fulfill Customer requirements
� Provide management with sales plan on a monthly basis
� Generate quotes for customers and assist them in identifying optimal funding vehicles
� Work with support teams (purchasing, accounting, warehouse, etc.) to ensure that all information is up to date in the system and that orders are delivered in a timely fashion
� Provide outstanding customer service, regularly following up on closed sales to ensure delivery and quality were as promised
� Make cold calls, face to face and via telephone prospecting to develop new business
� Monitor and report on market and competitor activities

| Qualifications: | Minimum Requirements
� Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university; military/medic experience may be substituted at hiring manager's discretion
� 2+ years of experience in the field of military medicine, or related segments of the government medical market
� Extensive product knowledge
� 50% Travel: Must be able to meet with customers outside under all weather conditions and must be able to travel by car and plane for long distances
� Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
� Excellent oral, verbal, and written communications skills
� Superior organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
� Ability to work collaboratively, as well as independently
Qualifications
� MUST be highly organized and able to juggle duties of both inside and outside sales
� Must be an excellent communicator both in writing and in person
� Needs to understand basic business financial concepts and to be able to budget own expenses in a cost effective manner
� Able to use customer and prospect contact activities tools (CRM systems) and update relevant information held in these systems as required
� Absolutely must be a self-starter with a will and desire to be the best at what you do
� Understanding of government contracts and purchasing vehicles desired
� Prior Oracle experience desired
