Description:ADS, Inc. is seeking a Medical Product and Application Sales Specialist to work out of our corporate headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA. Duties:o Committed to maximizing sales and margin potential for the Medical market
o Provide technical support for Unit Sales primarily, and Program Sales and Integration Programs secondarily, through trade/vendor show attendance, ride-alongs, product briefings, etc.
o Educate all appropriate individuals and teams on the medical products and opportunities
o Serve as a subject matter expert for the Medical market
o Support Unit Sales and Program Sales by identifying product/service solutions and preferred Vendors to fulfill Customer requirements
o Research User requirements to focus development and sourcing efforts on products/categories that will yield maximum business opportunities for ADS
o Maintain an industry presence within the customers' technical community, vendors, and upstream suppliers.
o Participate in the solicitation review and proposal preparation process, as appropriate.
o Build and establish relationships with key institutional facility customers
Qualifications:Qualifications, Required
o Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university; medical military/work experience may be substituted at hiring manager's discretion
o 4+ years of experience in the field of military medicine, or related segments of the government medical market
o Extensive product knowledge
o Frequent travel, 50-75%.
o Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
o Excellent oral, verbal, and written communications skills
o Superior organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
o Ability to work collaboratively, as well as independently

Qualifications, Desired:
o Familiarity with Government procurement processes
o Familiarity with TCCC guidelines
