| Description: | Ideal candidate will be well established in the Army military/governmental community and have contacts or experience to draw from for immediate success. Candidate should have proven experience meeting and exceeding sales goals, experience in dealing with high-level executives, strong interpersonal and communications skills, demonstrated team building, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently. Familiarity and experience dealing with all levels of Army is a requirement.

| Duties: | � Develop and implement sales/business development strategies and programs targeted to the Army vertical
� Establish and grow business relationships with key decision makers at the Command, Division, Brigade, etc levels
� Identify, monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and pipelines
� Develop winning deal strategies for major opportunities and personally work each one to close by managing customer and vendor relationships
� Provide training and mentoring to sales team, overseeing both inside and outside sales force. Set objective, clear expectations and written goals and hold people accountable for achieving them
� Setting budgets and reviewing monthly P/L
� Appraising and evaluating market conditions within military arena on an ongoing basis and initiating appropriate actions to maintain business momentum and react to competition

| Qualifications: | Minimum Requirements
� Must have achieved a rank of Major or higher
� Brigade command position highly preferred
� 5-10 years of government/military sales experience with strong drive toward attainment of goals and proven track record of quota achievement
� Must be willing to travel 3-4 days per week.
� Bachelors Degree strongly preferred, but specific military or government experience may be substituted
� 2-5 years experience with military budgets: FAR/DFAR, appropriations/funding, contracts language/law fundamentals
Qualifications
� ARMY "rolodex" strongly desired
� P/L experience � must have a strong business background to complement military experience
� Thorough knowledge of various purchasing vehicles (GSA, etc) and the ability to define and implement a strategy for contract development and closure
� Superior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to deliver a persuasive business message to end user prospects
� Strong consultative selling skills - understands customer needs and positions company products accordingly
