| Description: | ADS, Inc. is currently seeking a Supplier Account Representative to work out of our corporate headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA. The purpose of this role is to develop and maximize relationships with ADS heavy equipment suppliers while assisting the sales force to navigate deal strategy, sales opportunity creation and customer interaction resulting in increased overall margin for the Company.

| Duties: | � Manage relationship with Heavy Equipment partner suppliers ADS represents as part of the HEPP (Heavy Equipment Procurement Program) contract.
� Negotiate with assigned supplier group to continually delivering pricing, product scheduling / availability and developing competitive advantages of products to sales team and customers
� Manage quoting process and execution of partner supplier products
� Being a subject matter expert resource on the products, applications and deal flow
� Continually market partner suppliers with ADS sales force and customers
� Coordinate and manage joint sales calls between supplier representatives and sales force
� Educate sales force (inside and outside reps) on product offering, selling verses the HEP competitors and deal closure
� Respond to large quantity of email and phone communications to help all departments and ADS team members with any �day to day� needs with our suppliers and customers

| Qualifications: | � Minimum of a Bachelor�s Degree
� 3-5 years of experience with vendor or supplier relations
OR
� 3-5 years of experience in sales and or marketing of heavy equipment
� Must be able to convey demonstrated experience in negotiation techniques � be able to discuss �win� strategies and past performance
� Highly developed communications skills � writing sample will be required
� Outgoing personality required � must be willing and able to comfortable talk to people at all levels of organizations, both internal and external
� Experience giving presentations and product training
� 2 years experience with MS Excel
o Must be comfortable analyzing and explaining basic sales metrics (margin, markup, deal strategy, etc.)
� Must be willing to travel on a moderate basis (several times per month)
� Successful candidate will be comfortable in an ever-changing environment and will be able to �switch gears� with minimal stress
