| Description: | ADS, Inc. is currently seeking a Vertical Sales Manager to lead our Mideast team working out of our Corporate Headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA. Ideal candidates will be well established in supporting Military customers in the Mideast and have strong contacts or experience to draw from for immediate success. Candidate should have proven experience meeting and exceeding sales goals, experience in dealing with high-level executives, strong interpersonal and communications skills, demonstrated team building, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently. Familiarity and experience dealing with Military customers in the Mideast at all organizational tiers is a requirement.

| Duties: | � Develop and implement sales/business development strategies and programs targeted to the Mideast sales vertical
� Establish and grow business relationships with key Mideast military decision makers
� Identify, monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and pipelines
� Provide training and mentoring to sales team, overseeing both inside and outside sales force
� Setting budgets and reviewing monthly P/L
� Appraising and evaluating market conditions within military arena on an ongoing basis and initiating appropriate actions to maintain business momentum and react to competition

| Qualifications: | Minimum Requirements
� 10+ years of Military sales background required � Senior military experience may be substituted
� Extensive senior military or military sales experience in the Mideast required
� 180 days of travel to Afghanistan required per year
� Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
� 5+ years experience with military budgets: FAR/DFAR, appropriations/funding, contracts language/law fundamentals
Qualifications
� Mideast "rolodex" of contacts and military customers strongly preferred
� P/L experience � must have a strong business background to complement military experience
� Thorough knowledge of various purchasing vehicles (GSA, etc) and the ability to define and implement a strategy for contract development and closure
� Superior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to deliver a persuasive business message to end user prospects
� Strong consultative selling skills - understands customer needs and positions company products accordingly
