| Duties: | � Review all purchases of MRP requisitions and orders accordingly, ensuring the purchase of the highest quality materials, parts, components, or services at the most cost effective pricing, while meeting delivery requirements.
� Maintain purchase orders and/or blanket orders to meet production and service requirements.
� Check on materials and parts shortages and expedite as needed.
� Assist with sourcing to new suppliers as required.
� Process inventory adjustments according to departmental procedures.
� Set up and maintain data for purchased items as needed, including pricing, costing, lead-time, supplier, and MRP planning information.
� Assist with the establishment of supplies managed, or consignment inventories.
� Process inventory transactions according to departmental procedures.

| Qualifications: | � Minimum 3-5 years experience in a fast paced production, kitting and materials management environment.
� 1 year MRP experience a must.
� Analytical self-starter, able to expedite & manage multiple individual and team assignments.
� Excellent negotiation skills
� Understanding of Oracle a plus
� Team Player
